Gracie Hays is a singer-songwriter based out of Nashville, TN. Gracie started her musical journey in a creative household in Southern Mississippi, with her mother and sister active in the performing arts and music fields, and father with a deep passion and natural inclination for music.

Gracie started playing violin, singing and performing at 3 years old, but truly became passionate about music when she started competing in fiddle competitions around the age of 10. She attended Mark O’Connor’s Strings Camp for 8 consecutive summers where she honed her skills as a high-level fiddle player, winning the Daniel Pearl Memorial Violin award. The following year, the camp moved to Berklee College of Music, from Tennessee.

At the age of 14, Gracie started dabbling in songwriting and music production. She soon realized that this was her true passion, and at the end of high school attended Berklee College of Music to study songwriting, production, and music technology. Gracie received her bachelor's degree in 2017, and her master’s the following year from Berklee’s Valencia, Spain campus. During this time she wrote, produced, recorded and mixed two EPs.

Gracie calls herself a “sad girl” and is an indie-pop artist, with Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus, and Lizzy McAlpine being some of her biggest influences. After she moved to Nashville, Gracie released a new single, “I Think I Died” in 2019, and released her debut album “Hindsight” in December of 2022, available everywhere.
